KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Define and execute cloud-native sales strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth within key accounts. * Build, lead, and inspire a high-caliber sales team focused on delivering value-based solutions that address client digital transformation goals. * Lead a sales team dedicated to Cloud Native  * Train the team to reach goals and much more.   * Cultivate deep, consultative relationships with C-level executives, architects, and line-of-business stakeholders to position Oracle as a cloud-native innovation partner. * Partner with OCI engineering, product, and marketing teams to develop targeted go-to-market campaigns and customer engagement strategies. * Lead complex sales cycles—from opportunity identification and scoping to proposal development, negotiation, and closing. * Stay up to date on OCI’s evolving cloud-native suite and broader market trends to effectively evangelize Oracle's unique value proposition. * Represent Oracle and OCI at key industry events, customer forums, and strategic engagements. * Ensure sales activities comply with Oracle’s internal policies and relevant external regulations.     Only Oracle brings together the data, infrastructure, applications, and expertise to power everything from industry innovations to life-saving care.
