9 years’ experience as a Project Manager directly managing the delivery of a project or a programme of projects. Experience should include defining the project’s deliverables, creating and managing the project plan and budget, and managing the day-to-day activities of the project team. 6 years’ experience as a Project Manager implementing business process transformation projects in a healthcare environment. 3 years’ experience writing or developing curriculum for training and teaching in a healthcare environment – training either in business processes or new systems. 6 years’ experience in a lead role on a project involved in the planning, coordinating, and managing of organizational change management (OCM) activities, using the ProSci methodology. 3 years’ experience implementing the Altera Sunrise suite of healthcare information systems in an acute care setting. 1 year of experience implementing transformative projects involving emergency medical and paramedic services. Activities should include defining target state operating models and planning activities to transition the business to the new operating models. Requirements Valid PRINCE2 Practitioner or Foundation Certification. Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Valid ProSci Organizational Change (OCM) certification. ​
