Description
Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities. Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates. Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach. You have a bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience. You have 5 years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience where you contributed to growing a practice, partnered with sales and account teams, and developed advisory level client relationships. You developed pricing estimates and presentations, that drove business development efforts. You have 5 years of experience leading successful medium to complex organizational change management engagements You have 2 or more years' experience building, leading, coaching, and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 20 members. You have 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations. You have impressive communication skills. You have the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership. You are a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.
