Responsibilities including but not limited to, Operations & Process Development You will be responsible for driving efficiency and continuous improvement for OCT factory logistics scope. Selected candidate will work with OCT Warehouse Manager, OCT Inbound & Outbound Specialist to ensure sustained performance on our day-to-day operations such as clearance, factory shuttling, warehouse management, export activities, documentation, co-packing, and quarterly scrap. Successor will need to implement and review cross functional SOPs with clear KPIs. Review SOPs with cross functions & 3PL annually to ensure adherence. Work with our logistics 3PLs to develop, track and sustain performance through clear KPIs setting, periodic and weekly connects. Closely work with Commercial & Planning to ensure streamlined day to day operations. This includes unlocking logistics capacity constraints. Develop a one digital tool to report functional KPIs and maintain accurate reporting. Ad-hocs management and ensures proper communication. Projects & Value Leadership Responsible for Purchase orders issuance to our 3PL and reconciles and ensures payments are scheduled on time with our P2P team. Supports OCT Senior Logistics Manager on cost optimization initiatives. Responsible for working with our cross functional teams to build a sustainable model that will help in reducing OCT LCC (Logistics Conversion Cost) NQCs (Non-Quality Cost). Reconciles value leadership initiatives, tracking and updating on SIEVO (Digital tool to track projects and savings). Internal & Cross functional collaboration to implement new projects (ex. warehouse automation & digitalization solutions). Associate will be responsible to assess the SOP (Size of Prize)/ impact on performance. Communication & Reporting Responsible for highlighting operational challenges and resolve them to senior logistics manager and head of the function. On time risks highlighting with mitigation plan and support needed. Proactive decision making in line with our five principles. Reconciles data, charts, highlights to prepare for our periodic Factory Supply Management Review (FSMR) with the Factory Management Team (FMT). You’ll achieve specific goals for area of responsibility by working within an established supplier management plan or finding ways to improve it. You’ll deliver small-scale or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan. You’ll work within established knowledge management systems to deliver pre-set outcomes for area of responsibility. You’ll provide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area. Involves using existing systems and protocols.
