Suffah Academy of Learning is an Islamic elementary school that has been established for 10 years and is currently located in Milton. We aim to provide students with a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters excellence in education, character, and leadership development while building a strong foundation. We are currently hiring teachers for all core subjects to assume the position from September 2024 at our Milton Campus. Qualifications and/or experience required:
OCT certified
Responsible, reliable, patient, punctual
Has or willing to get a criminal record check
Familiar with the Ontario Curriculum
Experience teaching in a Canadian Classroom
Experience designing courses and lesson plans
Excellent communication skills
Responsible, reliable, patient, punctual
Has up-to-date technology skills
Able to teach online and can navigate/operate online learning portals and resources
Has or willing to get a criminal record check
