JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to join our clients team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth through technical expertise and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in OCTG sales. .

REQUIREMENTS:

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
-Experience in manufacturing and usage of OCTG or related products.
-Experience in sales, negotiations, and customer service.
-Experience in the oil and gas industry.

-Execute the technical aspects of the sales strategy.
-Identify market needs for new solutions development.
-Formalize market needs into new product specifications and offers.
-Drive R&D efforts for new product development.
-Define, recommend, and execute the product and service strategy for assigned products.
-Provide technical support to customers and resolve technical issues during sales engagements.
-Lead multi-competency team efforts to resolve customer claims.
-Provide technical documents to customers, including data sheets and product specifications.
-Visit customers regularly to identify future needs on products and services.
-Interact with engineers in the oil and gas industry to gather market intelligence.
-Write specifications for new products and interact with R&D when acting as product leader.
-Participate in technical promotion and presentations at trade shows.
-Train commercial sales personnel on product applications and organize educational sessions for customers.
-Support the Inside Sales team to ensure orders comply technically with customer requirements.
