Join the team and take part in: restructuring projects to support new MOL Group strategy setting organizational design, rules and processes of multinational corporation cooperating with high level management and support their governance and restructuring initiatives Organizational Design & Corporate Governance team is looking for a new member for the following position: Organizational Design and Corporate Governance (ODCG) Partner (Fixed term till 31.10.2026) Purpose of the position: Contributes to the implementation and improvement of the desired corporate governance model of MOL Group through operational support to Business and Functional Areas, in a business partnering set-up. Tasks and responsibilities: Coordination and management of organizational changes, professional support to Areas, preparation and quality control of documents under responsibility of OD&CG Management of regulations in scope of OD&CG by providing professional support and control, regular follow-up on Area regulation preparation status, preparation of regular and ad-hoc management reports Participation in company portfolio related initiatives, by ensuring the application of portfolio management principles and providing corporate governance related guidance Daily operational support for Areas regarding governance related inquiries, decision making procedures and authorities to sign on behalf of company Participating in Area projects with different complexity and providing OD&CG expertise Conducts constant and effective communication with the business in order to understand the needs and requirements Contributes to the quality of key business activities through knowledge of ODCG expertise, understanding of the industry, business model and business context Skills: University / Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business, Economics or HR related field Minimum 3 years of experience Fluent in English & Hungarian Good knowledge of MS Office, O365 Ability to multitask and set priorities Analytical, problem-solving and strong communication skills Agile, expressed user orientation and proactivity Exercise and maintain a high degree of confidentiality What we offer: Competitive package, high amount of cafeteria, private health insurance package Diverse cultural experience in a multinational group being present in above 30 countries Good team spirit and friendly colleagues, extra support during onboarding Career path vision based on performance Superb office environment in the shape of MOL Campus, which includes the most advanced technology and the best view in town during your Budapest working hours At MOL Group, we know that our strength lies in diversity.
