Quality Assurance 1. Assist in updating regular and quality checks reports to identify gaps and recommend plans, to remediate the gaps in collaboration with relevant OD & HR Business Partners teams 2. Support in the follow up on the implementation of all the department’s HR projects, to provide relevant status/updates reports to the Head of OD & HR Business Partners department to support in the decision making process. 3. Support in conducting sample checks on various data sources to maintain data quality and facilitate retrieval of data when needed to develop quality assurance reports. 4. Support in handling the department’s budget and budget consumption (e.g. SHL points, Recognition Program budget, LinkedIn accounts) with the Manpower Management & Budgeting team. Documentation Custody 5. Handle the custody of the all OD & HR Business Partners department’s memos submitted to ManCom for approval to ensure their safe keeping. 6. Handle the custody of relevant HR vendors’ contracts, and follow up on the contracts renewal. Day-to-day management 7. Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the OD & HR Business Partners department to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures Qualifications & Experience § Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline § Minimum 0 – 2 years of Experience in Human Resources functions Skills § Very good command of English & Arabic languages § Very good understanding of MS Office applications § Good Communication and § Good problem Solving skills Good analytical and operational skills
Responsibilities
This role involves assisting with quality assurance checks, tracking HR project implementation status for leadership reporting, and supporting data quality maintenance.
