Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Oil & Gas company to hire an experienced OD & Reward Lead on a one-year consultancy contract. The role will lead and support organization development, workforce planning, job evaluation, compensation, and reward initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness and ensure alignment with market practices.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead workforce/manpower planning and organizational design initiatives, ensuring structures and workforce requirements are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop, review, and maintain organization structures, organization charts, job descriptions, and job evaluation frameworks across the business.
  • Conduct job analysis, grading, and evaluation exercises, ensuring consistency, internal equity, and clear role architecture.
  • Lead compensation and benefits activities, including salary benchmarking, market surveys, salary structures, allowances, incentives, and reward frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain relevant HR policies and frameworks, while supporting reward & recognition, career frameworks, succession planning, and workforce effectiveness initiatives.

Requirements


  • 8–12+ years of relevant experience in Organization Development, Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR consulting/HR transformation roles, -preferably within Oil & Gas or other large-scale industrial environments.
  • Strong consulting background with hands-on experience delivering organization design, workforce planning, job evaluation, grading, and compensation projects.
  • Proven expertise in salary benchmarking, market surveys, compensation structures, benefits, incentives, and reward frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of job architecture, job descriptions, organization structures, internal equity, and external market competitiveness.
  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate workforce and reward data into practical organizational recommendations.
