Description
Design, develop, and deploy ODI interfaces, packages, and scenarios. Customise and create new knowledge modules within ODI. Develop packages, functions, and procedures in ODI. Create and schedule load plans for data integration processes. Perform debugging and performance tuning for ODI and PL/SQL queries. Provide L2 support activities including incident, change, and problem management. Investigate and resolve user issues, risks, and dependencies related to project activities. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and ensure excellent customer handling. Performance optimisation for large-scale data integration. Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical SME in ODI development and support. Strong understanding of ODI architecture (11g). Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL queries and debugging skills. Experience in designing and customising knowledge modules. Working knowledge of FDMEE and Python/Jython (desirable). Sound knowledge of L2 support processes and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
