Job Title: Odoo Developer
Location: Jahra, Kuwait
Working Hours: 9 hours/day
We are a prominent FMCG Food & Beverage company, operating 3 supermarkets across Kuwait. We specialize in providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As we expand, we are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customization & Implementation:
• Customize and configure Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and implement new features and modules to enhance system functionality.
• Integrate third-party applications with Odoo to optimize business processes.
• System Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Odoo ERP system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo functionality, performance, and integration.
• Regularly update and patch the system to ensure security and stability.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Work closely with business teams to understand processes and translate them into system solutions.
• Collaborate with departments (e.g., finance, logistics, sales) to optimize workflows and improve system efficiency.
• Training & Support:
• Offer technical training and support to end-users to ensure effective system usage.
• Document processes and provide user manuals to help staff navigate Odoo ERP.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Regularly assess system performance and suggest optimizations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo versions and features to ensure the company’s ERP remains cutting-edge.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a focus on version 12 and above.
• Hands-on experience in customizing and developing Odoo modules.
• Strong experience in PostgreSQL, Python, and Odoo framework.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Python programming, with proficiency in Odoo API and development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, and JavaScript (basic knowledge is an advantage).
• Experience with Odoo eCommerce, POS, Manufacturing, and Accounting modules is highly desirable.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify, resolve, and optimize technical issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure the efficiency of the system.
• Communication:
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Team Player:
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with business users and stakeholders.
