We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer with advanced expertise in all Odoo versions—both technical and functional—to lead the design, development, and optimization of our ERP backbone.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Odoo Developer will play a pivotal role in building, customizing, and deploying end-to-end Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate must possess deep technical knowledge, coupled with functional expertise, to translate business requirements into scalable ERP systems that power all aspects of RSL’s operations.

2. REQUIREMENTS GATHERING & FUNCTIONAL DESIGN

• Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by leveraging functional Odoo knowledge.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Odoo certifications (preferred, not mandatory).

FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE

• Hands-on experience configuring Odoo modules for Finance, HR, CRM, Sales, Inventory, and Fleet.
• Ability to map business processes into Odoo workflows and advise stakeholders on best practices.

SOFT SKILLS

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
