ABOUT US

Combined Media is a digital consultancy and solutions provider, delivering innovative business platforms to clients across diverse industries. We specialise in digital transformation, with a growing focus on Odoo ERP implementations. As we expand our Odoo practice, we are seeking an experienced Odoo Project Manager to lead the delivery of new projects from planning through to post-launch support.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience managing Odoo implementation projects (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Projects, etc.)
  • Experience with both functional configuration and technical aspects (e.g. Studio, API integration, custom module design)
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Odoo Certification (Functional or Technical) preferred
  • Experience with other ERP systems is a plus
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field desirable

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Odoo Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the implementation lifecycle of Odoo ERP projects. You will act as the key point of contact between clients and our design and technical teams, managing timelines, resources, and expectations. Your ability to bridge functional requirements and technical capabilities will be central to delivering robust and scalable Odoo solutions.
This role requires both project leadership and hands-on involvement in solution design and configuration. Candidates with Odoo certification and a background in both functional and technical roles are highly desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Odoo implementation projects
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define scope, and document functional specifications
  • Translate business needs into Odoo functionality using native tools, Studio, and where needed, custom development
  • Coordinate with internal developers and external consultants on technical customisations
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using agile methodologies
  • Conduct client workshops, user training, and ongoing post-go-live support
  • Ensure quality control through testing, validation, and change management
  • Stay up to date with Odoo releases, features, and community tools
