OVERVIEW

We are a dairy processing company currently implementing Odoo ERP to streamline our operations across production, inventory, sales, and finance. To ensure smooth adoption and day-to-day use of the system, we are seeking an Odoo Support Specialist on a 1-year contract.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience working with Odoo ERP support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, support end users, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and currently residing in Canada.

• Provide daily support to Odoo users across different departments.
• Assist with setup, configuration, and usage of Odoo modules (Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Accounting, etc.).
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams or external partners.
• Train staff on how to effectively use Odoo for their work.
• Help ensure smooth rollout and ongoing adoption of the ERP system.
