Description JOB TITLE: OEH Installer Tech ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: OEH SUPERVISOR: Job Supervisor FLSA: Non- Exempt Salary Range: $17.00-$25.00 **ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family. ** JOB SUMMARY: To perform all aspects of the job as required by his supervisor. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ability to effectively communicate with others both orally and written Install all types of sewer disposal systems Install water pumps and pressure systems for private water wells Knowledge of hand and power tools and their proper operation Ability to perform general maintenance work ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform other duties and projects as required by management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION: Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent OK CDL License preferred but not required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: · Sitting or standing for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing ,and visual acuity · Frequent lifting (up to 50-75 lbs) · Occasional lifting (up to 100 lbs) WORKING CONDITIONS: Much of the work is performed in inclement weather and during all seasons. Some work is performed in confined areas, on slick and wet surfaces. Employees are exposed to vibrations, loud continuous noise, offensive smells, dust, dirt and water.
