A spunky character who is keen on maintaining strong working relationships with customers – and suppliers of course – and who knows how to read the customer's needs before they even think of them. REQUIREMENTS Minimum Requirements Grade 12 At least 2-3 years' experience in a Customer Service/Call Centre environment Strong customer service skills Strong telephone etiquette MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) experience will be advantageous Ideal requirements ISP experience will be advantageous Being tech savvy is not a must, but it will definitely be an advantage Key Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) Customer focused Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure & manage several priorities at a time Good communicator Being courteous and professional at all times Ability to up-skill and learn independently Ability to work independently and in a team Tools of trade provided: Laptop Headset This role is remote based. *FIBRE CAPABILITY AT HOME IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THE ROLE* Correspondence will be conducted with shortlisted candidates only.
