Small corporate boutique law firm providing a variety of General Counsel type services to a wide range of small to medium size companies offers an opportunity to expand your practice across multiple areas. You would be working in areas of the law including, but not limited to, SEC, IP, Employment, Employee Benefits, Contracts, Tax and some Civil Litigation. You will work with a tight-knit team that celebrates innovation and collaboration. You would also be encouraged and supported to bring in new business or port you current corporate clients to the firm. We are not just attorneys. We are individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit that understands business, limiting our advice to what is practical and achievable for clients. We partner with them and work on fixed retainers thereby allowing ourselves to be unbound by the clock. Compensation based on relevant law firm experience plus a percentage of business brought to the firm and/or developed at the firm.
