The Role:
We are currently looking to recruit a Order Fulfillment Centre Manager to join our Warehouse division in OFC West Region, Co. Mayo. This role is permanent full time contract. The OFC Manager acts as the direct manager of the Order Fulfilment Centre (OFC) and Fleet. The successful candidates will have excellent leadership and communication skills. They will liaise with shop managers/order processors to ensure shop orders are ready on time and are to the highest quality possible. To deal with any day-to-day issues that the shop managers raise, and where possible to solve them and/or bring them to the warehouse manager’s attention.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma or BSc in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (desirable)

EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years managing a warehouse, distribution, and logistics function within a complex environment
  • Experience managing warehouse and fleet operations in line with Health & Safety requirements
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs regularly
  • Experience in producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

KNOWLEDGE

  • Understanding of Health & Safety and Fleet Management legislation
  • Awareness of the Society’s mission and values
  • Understanding of the issues faced by disadvantaged individuals and communities

SKILLS

  • Leadership: Ability to motivate, delegate, and inspire team performance
