Lead agenda setting, follow-up, and coordination for leadership meetings, reviews, and strategy sessions. Support on organization, agenda preparation and documentation for location-based executive visits, including BV/Board/other executive management visits. Prepare high-quality content for decision-making, presentations, and speeches, ensuring all relevant information is precise and well-structured. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or above Experience: with 2–6 years of experience in engineering and/or executive support, preferably in multinational or technology-driven environments, Bosch related experience preferred Strong communication and summary skills Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and innovative.
