QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan properties.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and developer projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• UAE driving license and own transportation (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

• Advise clients on off-plan property investments, including pricing, payment plans, and expected returns.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers to access exclusive property listings.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on upcoming projects, trends, and investment opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing strategies.
• Arrange and conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transactions between buyers and developers.
• Educate clients on legal aspects, payment structures, and handover timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
