Role Description
We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Off Plan Specialist to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering exceptional service and meeting monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Identify client needs and match them with suitable properties.
• Promote property listings through various marketing channels and platforms.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements.
• Negotiate offers and finalize deals with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Manage all client communications professionally and in a timely manner.
• Use company CRM tools to track client interactions and sales progress.
• Work closely with internal teams to support client needs and ensure successful transactions.
