REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE property laws and investment trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals like Bayut and Property Finder
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote and sell off-plan properties across Abu Dhabi
  • Provide expert advice on project features, payment plans, and ROI potential
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients
  • Conduct property presentations, attend launches, and manage client portfolios
  • Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and regulatory changes
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with legal procedures
