Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales (minimum 3-5 years)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to recruit, train, and drive a sales team to exceed targets
Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and developer offerings
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
