Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead and drive our off-plan property sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, a proven track record in off-plan sales, and strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for off-plan property projects.
  • Manage and mentor a team of off-plan sales agents, ensuring their performance aligns with company goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers to secure exclusive projects and preferred inventory.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project launches to identify opportunities.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on market updates, project details, and sales techniques.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including client prospecting, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting team performance and market insights.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure successful promotion of off-plan projects.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and developer launches to promote company services and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Dubai’s off-plan real estate market.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market, laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with developers and clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
