JOB DESCRIPTION – OFF-PLAN SALES MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead and grow our off-plan and secondary sales operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 6 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in off-plan property sales and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, regulations, and developers.
  • Ability to build, manage, and inspire a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and real estate sales platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Onboard, train, and mentor new agents to ensure smooth integration and productivity.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance monitoring, and skill development to maximize results.
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Drive sales in both off-plan and secondary property sectors.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.
  • Negotiate deals and close transactions in line with company policies and targets.
  • Collaboration & Market Insights:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
