JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Off-Plan Properties Sales Manager to lead and grow our off-plan sales division. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan projects, strong relationships with developers, and a proven track record in building and managing high-performance sales teams. This role involves strategic planning, hands-on sales leadership, and active collaboration with both the company’s marketing team and developers to drive maximum sales, leads, and brand visibility

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with a proven track record in off-plan projects.
  • Strong developer network and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Experience in team building, performance management, and CRM usage.
  • Deep understanding of Dubai’s property market trends and RERA regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
