As a Off-Site Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your main goal is to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and assistance, while also demonstrating our commitment to providing a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Gather relevant information and troubleshoot customer issues to provide accurate and efficient solutions.
  • Process customer orders, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
