Job Description: We’re seeking an experienced Off-Site Program Manager to oversee contract operations for a key federal client in administrative support services. This role involves remote supervision, ensuring smooth execution of tasks, and maintaining strong client relationships. If you thrive in managing teams, budgets, and quality control in a government contracting environment, this is your opportunity to lead impactful projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (required).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience managing and leading administrative support personnel in a similar scope (e.g., office management, government protocols).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience interacting at all levels.
  • Proven track record in budgeting, quality control, and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with government contracting (e.g., GSA MAS, FAR/TAR) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently remotely.
