As an Off Zone/On Premises Typist Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business. You will assist in the day-to-day management of administrative tasks and provide support to the wider team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Typing, formatting, and proofreading various documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Managing and organizing files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval and maximum efficiency.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generating and tracking invoices, expenses, and other financial documents.
  • Assisting in the coordination of meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
