Offensive Security Developer – Red Team
Salary: National Circa £95000 and London Circa £110000
We’re looking for an Offensive Security Developer to join our Attack Simulation team in Aviva’s Cyber Security function.
You’ll be part of a team that mimics real-world threats to test and strengthen our defences. If you’re passionate about red teaming, love building offensive tools, and want to make a real impact on how we protect millions of customers—this could be your next move.
A bit about the job:
You’ll be on the front lines of cyber defence—designing and executing red team engagements, developing custom tools, and simulating real-world threats to test and strengthen our security posture. Working alongside a highly skilled team, you’ll help identify vulnerabilities across people, processes, and technology, and play a key role in protecting millions of customers.
