Act as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating the value proposition of advanced offensive security and AI-driven solutions. Technical Leadership Serve as SME for offensive security engagements, guiding global teams on methodologies and best practices. Lead innovation initiatives to embed agentic AI and autonomous workflows into offensive and application security solutions. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with global delivery teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Provide thought leadership through whitepapers, presentations, and participation in industry forums. Governance & Compliance Ensure solutions align with regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and enterprise security policies. Drive continuous improvement and maturity of offensive security capabilities. 10+ years in cybersecurity with a strong focus on offensive security. Proven expertise in: Penetration Testing (Web, Mobile, Cloud, API) Red Teaming & Adversary Simulation Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS) Vulnerability Management & Exploit Development Security for AI/ML systems (model hardening, adversarial testing) Experience in architecting solutions leveraging AI for Offensive and Application Security. 3+ years in sales/presales roles, including proposal development, client presentations, and solution positioning. Familiarity with agentic AI, autonomous DevSecOps, and CTEM frameworks is a plus. Strong knowledge of offensive security tools and frameworks (Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, BAS platforms). Proficiency in AI/ML concepts and their application in cybersecurity. Ability to design scalable, automated security solutions for global enterprises. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Readiness to work in a global delivery model across multiple time zones. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. Industry certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CREST, CISSP, and AI Security certifications preferred.
