Product Management Lead Chon Buri, Chon Buri, Thailand The Product Management Lead plays a vital role in advancing Solstice’s Thermal Management Solution portfolio by strengthening profitability through strategic pricing, cost‑optimization, and ongoing cost‑saving initiatives. This role enhances overall portfolio performance by supporting the SIOP process and helping drive improvements in revenue, margin, and market share. It also brings valuable insight through customer and SKU analysis using tools such as the 80/20 methodology to improve segmentation and performance evaluation. Additionally, the position fuels growth by leading SPL reviews, expanding shares in key accounts, conducting VOC and competitive analyses, and supporting RFQs to capture new opportunities. Operationally, the role ensures smooth day‑to‑day execution including order management, SAP SKU setup, product costing, pricing analysis, and logistics support.   Key Responsibilities  * Maximizes profitability of the portfolio * Improve margins through pricing actions and cost‑optimization initiatives. * Implement pass-through pricing updates to offset raw material cost changes * Drive annual cost‑saving efforts * Performance Management * Support SIOP process and enhance forecast accuracy - improve inventory alignment and help meet AOP targets. * Monitor monthly revenue, margin, and market share; apply corrective actions. * Analyze customers and SKUs - Use 80/20 and other tools for segmentation and performance evaluation. * Growth of Core Products within Existing End-markets * Conduct SPL reviews with Sales and Tech Service to drive core growth. * Drive share-of-wallet increase in key accounts . * Conduct VOC and competitive analysis. * Support RFQs/tenders to gain share. * Operational Support * Support daily operational tasks – Order management, SAP SKU setup, product costing, pricing analysis, and logistics support.   Qualifications  * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. * Strong product and program management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced setting.  * Experience working with Global team settings is a plus About Solstice Advanced Materials Solstice Advanced Materials is a leading global specialty materials company that advances science for smarter outcomes.
