OpenText | AppRiver is looking for a motivated and talented Office 365 Operations Specialists. We are a leading provider of cloud services creating software using agile processes and modern technologies. In this role you will become a specialist in delivery of Microsoft cloud services. This team assists in developing processes, supporting multiple departments, and helping execute complex customer deployments.

Responsibilities
  • Conveying information regarding technology and product positioning to technical and non-technical internal/external customers
  • Facilitating initial workflow and communication with customers and partners for new account setups
  • Managing processes from start to completion
  • Collaborating with multiple departments regarding product optimization, feature enhancements, overall service health, and reporting of feedback
  • Assisting in the support, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of Zix | AppRiver systems used in the development and delivery of Microsoft cloud services
