We are seeking an Accounting Administrator to join our team at Vehicle Approval Centre. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting our commitment to exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Administrator or similar role in a financial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks ) is essential.
  • Knowledge in PBS Systems is not required but strongly desired.
  • Experience with payroll processing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices in PBS, monthly reconciliations, and payments. Assist with receivables and vendor clearance.
  • Cash & Credit Management: Handle till reconciliations, company credit/fuel card tracking.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and credit-card reconciliations.
  • Dealership Paperwork: Complete RMV forms, process registrations, update inventory records.
  • Office Systems & General Admin: Maintain filing, data entry, office organization, and assist with internal projects.
