Sentinel Fire & Security is currently recruiting a full-time Office and Accounts Administrator to join our busy and dynamic office team.
In this varied role, you’ll be an integral part of the office environment—assisting with general administrative duties, answering phone calls, logging callouts, and supporting our financial processes. You’ll work closely with both office colleagues and operational staff to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- A team player with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A basic understanding of accounts and finance is beneficial
-Experience with Sage is absolutely essential.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required; familiarity with Sage is a must.
