JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided in Boon Lay & Choa Chu Kang MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am-5.30 pm; Sat, 8.30 am - 1.00 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary $2,600 + AWS + Allowance + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Responsibilities
  • Be the main contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure computers and printers are in good working condition.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including the sales department.
  • Organize and maintain both paper and electronic files, manage databases, and ensure information is accurate and up to date. Tasks include retrieving and processing invoices, scanning documents, and sending documents to customers.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks like processing invoices and maintaining records.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Provide support to clients or customers who visit or call the office.
