JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Supervisor & Bookkeeper to support our Inventory and financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping & Inventory related tasks, maintain financial records, and assist with office management duties.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g ZOHO, Xero).
  • Proficiency in Zoho Inventory is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
