Job Description:

  • Administrative Duties for Clients’ Management (Send Email / Follow Up on Queries, Coordination or Any Request).
  • Administrative Duties for Organization Matters (Scanning and Data Entry).
  • Need to Travel to another Work Site a few times per Month for Coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.
  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills.
  • Multilingual Skills or Cross-Cultural Experience is an Advantage.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Social media.
  • Good Attitude, Has Initiative, Meticulous and a Team Player.
