We are looking for a highly organized, people oriented and service minded Office Admin and Employee Experience professional to join our team and support our growing organization. Requirements 2+ years of experience in office administration, office management or employee experience roles. Proven experience in planning and executing events independently and working with external vendors. Strong budgeting skills with the ability to track expenses and produce clear reports. High proficiency in Hebrew and English, written and spoken. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills and a service oriented approach. Ability to work independently while collaborating with various stakeholders. Availability to work on site 4 days per week. Ability to perform well under pressure and respond quickly to changing needs. The position null A day in the life Oversee employee experience activities, including welfare programs, company-wide events, volunteering initiatives, team events, celebrations, gifting, and swag. Plan, coordinate, and execute company events and team activities while managing external suppliers, negotiations, and timelines. Manage the well-being and office budget, including tracking expenses, producing reports, and maintaining financial accuracy. Handle attendance reports, employee benefits such as meal card management and other ongoing administrative tasks. Lead the new hire onboarding process, including preparing the workstation, coordinating system access, providing first-day guidance, and ensuring a smooth integration.
