THE POSITION

This is a full-time temporary position from August - December to support our busy season, with a strong potential for it to become a permanent position based on performance.
Applicants must have reliable transportation, as our location is not accessible by public transit.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with scheduling or booking software is an asset
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Book and coordinate service appointments with customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions using MS Excel
  • Perform data entry and administrative support
  • Monitor and adapt to daily variations in call and appointment volume
  • Assist customers in the small storefront with irrigation parts
