ABOUT THE ROLE:

Accurate Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support a busy plumbing company. This is a part-time temporary role with the potential to extend beyond the initial 2 months. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing customer communication, scheduling, and administrative duties with professionalism and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Schedule and dispatch plumbers to job sites in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Process work orders, service tickets, and customer information accurately.
  • Place and track supply/material orders as needed.
  • Maintain office records, job logs, and scheduling calendars.
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, follow-ups, and service updates.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Support the office team with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
