Location : Featherstone
Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.30pm
We are a UK manufacturer, distributor and installer of fall safety solutions for the building, construction and maintenance industries. The company has been built out of a love of all thing’s construction with the realization that safety in the workplace is paramount.
In this role, you will be working closely with the Office Manager to assist with the development of the company’s office-based procedures and play an active role in growing the business within the media sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-expanding building safety company.
We are looking for a Dynamic, enthusiastic, get up and go Individual.
This is a very diverse role, predominantly inputting data onto excel spreadsheets, checking booking in email and booking in work for our Installers, posting on social media, booking MOT, putting together prestart packs for new sites.
This role offers an immediate start.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing data,checking outlook , booking in work for our Installers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks, and supporting administrative functions within the organization., also posting on social media platforms inc Linked In , Instagram, Facebook and our Website.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and speed
- Ensure data integrity and security protocols are followed
- Assist in clerical tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and providing administrative support
· You must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, predominantly Excel, Word and Outlook.
· Attention to detail is paramount within this role, this is a must in this role, Data input experience is essential.
· All training will be conducted in-house.
· You must have a professional telephone manner and be able to deal directly with people at all levels.
· Strong Interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to communicate well, both in writing and verbally at all levels
· Strong Knowledge of Social Media
· Demonstrate ability to understand and summarize complex information in a professional and concise manner.
