JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative and reception tasks on a full-time basis, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Ideally you will have your own transport as travel between their offices is sometimes necessary to deliver files.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with general office equipment and procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Day to day archiving, boxing up files ready to be sent for filing.
  • Arranging for collection of shredding bags.
  • Locating files and other documents when required.
  • Photocopying for the other departments as and when required.
  • Providing reception cover at lunchtimes and when main receptionist is on holiday.
  • Assisting with any facilities duties when required.
  • Lifting and carrying files down to basement.
  • Ad hoc duties, where deemed necessary.
  • Driving to other offices with files etc when needed.
