A growing and highly respected professional services organisation based in Matlock is seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join their busy and supportive team.


This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of business processes, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records and supporting senior management with a broad range of administrative responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the business
  • Coordinate complex diaries, appointments and workload schedules
  • Review and quality check documentation and reports for accuracy and consistency
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and colleagues, managing queries professionally and efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing updates and managing your own portfolio of contacts
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Support business projects, audits and operational activities as required
  • Provide senior-level administrative support to the leadership team
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company procedures at all times

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience within a busy administrative, coordination or office support role
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • A professional and confident telephone manner
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and business systems such as CRM platforms
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to work independently when required
