JOB DESCRIPTION

DID Electrical is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator in Fonthill Business Park, Dublin 22.
The key objective of an Office Administrator will be to support all teams within the office The candidate must demonstrate ability to work on their own initiative and be flexible with regards the fast paced nature of electrical retail trade.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proactive, flexible, team player
  • Computer literate with attention to detail. Excellent knowledge of word and excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • General Admin duties
  • Supporting all departments within the wider office
  • Prepare documents for staff as required.
  • Collating weekly reports for suppliers and management team as required.
  • Manage Employee and Supplier queries and escalate as appropriate.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as required.
  • Answer and action general phone inquiries in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner
  • Greet clients/suppliers/visitors relating to the organisation in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Other ad hoc duties may be assigned to you from time to time.
