REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in the creative or similar industry is preferred but not required. Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, creative environment is highly valued.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the smooth day-to-day operation of our office to ensure efficiency.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, and greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, helping with various tasks as required.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Liaise with suppliers and couriers to coordinate and ensure successful job deliveries.
  • General administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Review, sort, and appropriately file client content, maintaining organised records.
