About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Admin Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in HR support functions within the GCC, exceptional administrative skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders. This position requires excellent communication, organizational efficiency, and accountability in handling overall operations and placement related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
  • Handle a wide range of administrative activities and office coordination tasks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with HR executives, consultancies, and companies across the GCC.
  • Gather, track, and update information on job openings across GCC countries.
  • Coordinate job interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to GCC-based candidates, including on-call support.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and company related events.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host company events to boost engagement and brand visibility in GCC.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence across platforms, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and promoting events.
  • Support marketing activities such as testimonial recordings and video resume sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google Suite (GSuite).
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English.
High accountability and ownership of tasks.
Strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per mont
