We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Office Administrator to join our team. The position we have on offer will be part of the office-based Care Management team and primarily be responsible for taking client enquiries and develop relationships with clients and their families.
Dealing with range of disabled, seniors and frail elderly customers and their families on a daily basis, this role will handle anything from requests, feedback, general care enquiries to complaints.
A successful candidate will have the following:
