REQUIREMENTS:

  • Senior Certificate or Administrative related Certificate or Diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Bilingual – Afrikaans and English.
  • Drivers licence and own transport.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Computer literate (knowledge of Sage beneficial).
Responsibilities
  • Communication with clients (verbal and written – in person, via email or phone).
  • Create invoices on Sage.
  • Administration of client accounts.
  • Stock control.
  • Processing orders from clients, allocating stock for deliveries.
  • Scheduling deliveries to clients for smaller orders with company vehicle. Arranging courier services for bigger orders.
  • Day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Assisting Directors as required.
