We seeking a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Office Administrator / Receptionist with strong multitasking skills to join our team.
About the Role
As our Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth experience for our students. This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain office operations, including phone and email correspondence, filing, and clerical tasks.
Organise and implement office procedures to ensure efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer support to students via phone, email, and online chat.
Assist with student inquiries, enrolments, and course administration.
Process course registrations and issue certificates.
Liaise with stakeholders and trainers to coordinate training schedules.
Handle daily mailing tasks, including envelope stuffing and dispatching.
Monitor office processes and suggest improvements as needed.
Skills & Experience:
We’re looking for someone who has:
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Good computer skills, including email management and data entry.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
The ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
A proactive attitude with strong organisational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience in a similar role would be desirable but not necessary – we are happy to train the right candidate.
